Herbal Recipe for Muscle Rub

Everyone, at some point gets muscle aches. We all tend to over work our bodies.
From working out at the gym, to picking up your two year old. The aches in the back, neck or shoulders hurt. Pain makes out body tighten up more. Stop the cycle. Instead of reaching for OTC medications try this simple recipe of an herbal remedy.
Fibromyalgia sufferers have also benefited from the use of this rub.

You will need:
A two oz amber or other dark colored bottle.
Crampbark Tincture

Prickly Ash Tincture

St. John’s Wort Tincture

Lavender essential oil

Rosemary essential oil

Peppermint essential oil
Almond oil (or other carrier oil)

Combine 2 tablespoons of each tincture into the jar. Add 10 drops of the Lavender essential oil, 10 drops of the Rosemary essential oil, and 4 drops of the peppermint essential oil. Add 2 tablespoons of the almond oil.
You must shake this mixture well in order to use it. It will separate as oil and water do.

Rub onto sore muscles 3-4 times a day while symptoms persist.
Discontinue if rash occurs. Do Not ingest the mixture.
